"Okay, so the rumour was that they hooked up at some club in NY one night years ago and Anna thought it was gonna turn into something more, but Joaquin just wanted it to end there. So she was (allegedly) asking around in her celeb circles to try and find out which clubs he'd be at in advance and then she'd be there waiting for him and he'd get drunk and they'd end up going home again and shagging. This kept happening but she got more and more creepy with following him about and eventually I think one of Joaquin's friends had to tell her 'he's just not that into you'.
