Antim Panghal (born 2004) is an Indian freestyle wrestler who competes in the 53 kg weight category. At age 17, she became India’s first-ever U20 World Wrestling Champion in 2022, and defended her title in 2023. She won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships, followed by silver at the 2023 Asian Wrestling Championships, and bronze at the 2025 Asian Wrestling Championships. A multiple-time national champion, she also clinched a bronze at the 2022 Asian Games. In 2024, she competed at the Paris Olympics, becoming one of India’s youngest female Olympic wrestlers.
