Arthur William Sour, Jr., known as Art Sour (November 6, 1924 – January 10, 2000), was a Shreveport petroleum and real estate businessman, who was a pioneer in the development of a
competitive Republican Party in his native U.S. state of Louisiana. A conservative, Sour served in the Louisiana House of Representatives from 1972 to 1992.
