Arthur "Art" Cua Yap (born November 10, 1965) is a Filipino politician who is the current governor of Bohol. He was the Secretary of Agriculture from 2004 to 2005 and from 2006 to 2007. He became a member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 3rd District of Bohol from 2010 to 2019.
