Ashok K. Goel is a Professor of Computer Science and Human-Centered Computing in the School of Interactive Computing at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, USA. He conducts research into cognitive systems at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cognitive science. He is the Editor-in-Chief of AAAI's AI Magazine and Interactive AI Magazine. He was a Co-Chair of the 41st Annual Meeting of the Cognitive Science Society.
