Aso Mohammed Ibrahim is an Iraqi Kurd who came to United Kingdom seeking political asylum but it was rejected. He has been arrested for possession of cannabis and being involved in the Hit and Run accident which killed Amy Houston a 12 year old girl while being disqualified for driving. However he won a right to indefinite stay in United Kingdom as he had 2 children with a British woman. A decision which outraged the British Public including the Prime Minister David Cameron. The Government said it would appeal the decision.
