Audrey Elizabeth Evans (March 6, 1925 – September 29, 2022) was a British-born American pediatric oncologist who was known for creating several nonprofit organizations throughout her life. She was originally from England but went to school in the United States and then decided to move there for better career opportunities. Evans worked at several hospitals before settling at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Evans took on a total care approach for her patients and wanted to be known as the woman who cares. She was known as the "Mother of Neuroblastoma" for her work in the field and was also one of the co-founders of the original Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia as well as a co-founder of the St. James School in Philadelphia.
