Ayav Batyrkulovich Baetov (Kyrgyz: Аяз Батыркулович Баетов; born 20 December 1984) is a Kyrgyz lawyer and politician who has been serving as the Minister of Justice of Kyrgyzstan since October 2021 under President Sadyr Japarov. Prior to being appointed as minister, he worked as a professor in the Faculty of Law at various universities.
