She is best known for her role as Shadi in the Amazon MGM Studios film Jackpot! (2024) and for starring in the Peacock comedy series Mr. Throwback. Mayeri has also appeared in the films Somebody I Used to Know (2023), Confess, Fletch (2022), and I Love That for You (2022). She portrayed Blythe in Killing It (2022) and played a leading role in Cora Bora (2023). she had a recurring role in the television series Homecoming (2018).
