"Balozi" Robert Zayd Muhammad Harvey (January 26, 1940 – December 28, 2016) was an American diplomat, community organizer, activist, and executive director based in New Jersey and New York. Harvey was given the title "Balozi" ('ambassador' or 'statesman' in Swahili) by former President of Tanzania Julius K. Nyerere in 1964.
