Benjamin Chang is currently a Managing Director in the Public Affairs and Crisis Practice at the global firm Burson-Marsteller . Previously, he served as Associate Administrator for Communications and Public Liaison at the Small Business Administration. From 2012 to 2015, he was the Senior Vice President for Communications at the Albright Stonebridge Group. Ben served as a career Foreign Service Officer at the Department of State for almost 18 years. He worked in the Department of State's Bureau of Public Affairs as Senior Advisor for Strategic Planning and Crisis Communications, and as the Director for Press and Communications at the National Security Council during both the Bush and Obama Administrations.
