Benjamin Mshamndane Nsibandze (born June 17, 1931) is a Swazi regional adminstrator and deputy prime minister. He served as acting Prime Minister of Swaziland from 25 October 1979 to 23 November 1979. He is currently the chairperson of the National Disaster Management Agency.
