John David Dinsmore (born 1949 in San Francisco, California), better known by his monastic name Ashin Cintita (Burmese: အရှင်စိန္တိတ; MLCTS: A.hrang Cinti.ta) or, more informally, Bhikkhu Cintita (ဘိက္ခုစိန္တိတ), is an American Buddhist monk, ordained in Burma and currently teaching in the cities of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Austin, Texas.
