Bian Mingtao (Chinese: 边鸣涛; born October 1943) is a Chinese economist and politician who served as Vice Chairman of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Chairman of the Shanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce. He is a member of the 10th National Committee of the CPPCC and previously served as a standing committee member of the 7th and 8th Shanxi Provincial CPPCC. Bian is a senior economist and is not affiliated with any political party.
