Bilay G. Tunkara (also known as Billay or Billy) is a Gambian politician who has served in the National Assembly representing Kantora since 2017. He has served as Majority leader since 2022. He has led Gambian participation in ECOWAS, being elected deputy speaker. His 2025 request for an inquiry into former president Yahya Jammeh's assets garnered controversy, as it was seen as a "coverup" and "too vague".
