Bill Taylor (born July 16, 1946) is an American politician. He is a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives from the 86th District, serving since November 8, 2010. He is a member of the Republican party. The 86th district covers nearly half of Aiken County, South Carolina and consists of a population around 40,000. Taylor currently is a member of the State House Education and Public Works Committee, as well as the Legislative Oversight Committee.
