Bob, I am so desperate to lose weight but I just can't seem no matter how much I try. I really wished I could be on the biggest loser. I have been overweight since I had my first child in 1970. I am in good health but I really wish I could see myself at my normal weight. I now weigh 210 and wished I could get to at least 140. Help me Bob!

I`d like to lose weight but I am unable to follow the excerises you show on TV. I`m sure you`ve heard that excuse a lot but in my case I senerely can`t as I`m not able to walk. Outside of my house I`m confined to a wheelchair snd only then I`m only able to use my right arm and left leg. Inside the house I only use a walker and able to walk short periods. Are there any exercises for handicapped person? I`m not able to stand due to lack of balance so I`m only able to sit on the couch. Any help you csn offer would be greatly appreciated.
