Boris Maximovich Kosarev (Russian: Борис Максимович Косарев; 1911–1989) was a Soviet photographer, journalist, in 1930 - 1950 he was an official photographer of the Soviet government, who participated at key historical events, including the Yalta Conference of 1945. Boris Kosarev is the author of many famous photographs of political events and Soviet leaders.
