Bradley has dated Hollyoaks actress Bethannie Hare, 21, who plays Cher in the Channel 4 soap. The actor first posted a snap of the pair to his Instagram in September 2016. They have been involved since they were young teenagers involved in a singing group: "Thirteen-year-old Bethannnie Hare, of Horsforth, has joined forces with teenagers Billy Bryant and Bradley Johnson to form B-Cubed, which is offering to perform free to help good causes."
