Bradley and Sabrina have always been close friends. It wasn't until they started posting pictures on Instagram and tweeting cute messages to one another that a relationship was suggested.
Both have since confirmed their relationship on Instagram and Twitter.
The couple that were once wild about each other have been strangely silent on social media about their relationship. This of course has lead many to believe that they have broken up.
Sabrina confirmed their break-up in February 2016, but they were seen together for the last time in mid-July 2015.
Sabrina supposedly wrote the song "Smoke and Fire" about their break-up. Many fans believes Bradley cheated on Sabrina and that this is the reason why she broke up with him.
"I don't describe it first as a breakup song, although anyone who has ears will," admits Sabrina Carpenter about her song, "Smoke and Fire." With opening lyrics like "Our love is running into a burning building," you know she's is talking about a relationship...but not quite in the way you'd first interpret.
"People talk regardless," Sabrina told Teen Vogue about the gossip that inevitably follows a breakup, "which is a big part of the song. The line, 'rumors spread like wildfire' sets that up from the start." After all, in the world of Instagram comments and Twitter rumors, who hasn't been subjected to nosy friends who want to know every last detail? The singer and actress says that the track "describes how it feels when a relationship comes to an end — and the very first part afterward — and dealing with that on your own. You don't have that person there to talk to 24/7 anymore. The song came from a place where I was fresh out of the oven, maybe not in the best place, but it really makes me feel empowered when I sing it," she added.
Sabrina wrote "Smoke and Fire" around August 2015, quickly after her split from Bradley.
