Burhaan Kinu (born 24 April 1986) is an award-winning photojournalist from Kashmir. He presently works as a staff photojournalist for the most popular and largely circulated daily newspaper of India, Hindustan Times and he is currently based in New Delhi, India. In 2013, his photograph of Holi celebration was judged by Huffington Post among the 52 most breathtaking photos from around the world. While covering an encounter in 2010, Burhaan got trapped and had a narrow escape in an exchange of gunfire between Indian Armed Forces and Militia in Srinagar.
