Phạm Thị Thanh Vân (born 18 February 1984), commonly known by her stage name Ốc Thanh Vân, is a Vietnamese actress and television host. She began her career in 2005, but she became widely known for her role as Cẩm Linh and for successfully voicing the character Huyền Diệu in the TV series Cô gái xấu xí (The Ugly Girl).
