Cao Jiongfang (Chinese: 曹炯芳; pinyin: Cáo Jiǒngfāng; born May 1964) is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in central China's Hunan province. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in March 2022. Previously he served as secretary-general of the Standing Committee of Hunan Provincial People's Congress and before that, party secretary of Xiangtan.
