Carlos Carnero (born 24 November 1961, Madrid) is a Member of the European Parliament for the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE). There is a single national constituency system for the elections to the European Parliament in Spain. He has been a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) since 1994. On 7 December 2006, he was appointed a member of the presidency of the Party of European Socialists (PES).
