Carol Bruneau (born 1956) is the Canadian author of six novels and three short story collections. She lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she has taught writing at NSCAD (Nova Scotia College of Art and Design University) and Dalhousie University. She has a master's degree in English literature from Dalhousie University and a master's degree in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario, and has worked extensively as a workshop leader and mentor to new and emerging writers.
