Carol Stephenson, OC is the dean of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She was named to the board of directors of the post-bankruptcy General Motors Co. in July 2009 as a representative of Canada Holdings. She also serves as a director of ING Canada and was formerly a director of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
