Carrie Ann Inaba's very public engagement came to a quiet end over the summer.
A rep for the Dancing With the Stars judge, 44, confirms to Us Weekly that Inaba and her fiance, Jesse Sloan, have called off their wedding.
"They decided early in the summer to break off their engagement and have remained friends," her rep tells Us.
Sloan, an accountant, popped the question in front of millions of viewers on an episode of Live! With Regis and Kelly in March 2011.
