Catalina Botero Marino (born 7 September 1965 in Bogotá) is a Colombian attorney who served as the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression for the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) from 2008 to 2014. Since 2016, she has been Dean of the Law School of the University of Los Andes (Colombia). On 6 May 2020, Facebook appointed her to its Oversight Board.
