Cecil Phillip Clarke (born April 12, 1968) is a politician in Nova Scotia, Canada. He is the mayor of the Cape Breton Regional Municipality, and represented the riding of Cape Breton North in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly, from 2001 to 2011 as a Progressive Conservative.
