César Armando Abreu Mercado (born April 10, 1977) is a Puerto Rican dancer, singer and actor. Abreu first rose to fame as a television actor in Puerto Rico and, later, internationally, as a member of boy band Menudo. As a dancer, he has performed at the MET in New York, New York.
