Chan Wing-kee, GBM, GBS, OBE, JP (Chinese: 陳永棋; born January 1947) is a Hong Kong businessman and politician. He is the current member of the standing committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He had also been Hong Kong deputy of the National People's Congress and chairman of the Asia Television Limited.
