Chang Ping-chiang (Chinese: 張平江, 1902 – 21 January 1975) was a Chinese politician. She was among the first group of women elected to the Legislative Yuan in 1948. Remaining in China after the Civil War, she later served as a delegate to the third National People's Congress.
