Charles Anthony Bahr (; bar; born 26 February 2002) is a German businessman, strategy consultant, public speaker and former executive. He is primarily known for being one of the earliest Generation Z specific consultants in the advertising and marketing industry. He was the founder of tubeconnect UG and Project Z - two independent consulting firms. As of 2023, he is a general partner and CEO of Z Consulting Group (ZCG), his third venture in the field, together with his business partner Talita Faust. He previously served as a strategic partner of TikTok Germany from 2020 to 2021.
