Charles Barugahare (born September 13, 1972) is a Ugandan Financial Consultant and a farmer. He is the former University Secretary of Makerere University, Oldest University in Uganda. Currently, he is the Director of Retirement Life Hub that is knowned for the 30-day Personal Finance Improvement Challenge. He also serves as a board member of Kiira Motors Corporation, a state enterprise aimed at commercialising the Kiira Electric Vehicle Project.
