Charles Hilary Moore (born 31 October 1956) is an English journalist and a former editor of The Daily Telegraph, The Spectator and The Sunday Telegraph; he still writes for all three. At the Telegraph he was the boss of later Prime Minister Boris Johnson who was the paper's Brussels correspondent. When asked what working with Johnson was like he replied: "it was a nightmare."
