Charlotte Bailey (18 April 1884 - 15 October 1976) was a British medical missionary with the Church Mission Society (CMS). She worked for over 35 years in China as a medical officer and also worked to build the Way of Life Hospital in Kweilin (Guilin), the ancient capital of the province of Kwangsi (Guangxi). She was married to Reverend J.L. Bacon, with whom she had a son and daughter. In 1946, she completed her mission work and returned to England. On October 15, 1976 she died in Surrey, England.
