Chen Junliang (Chinese: 陈俊亮; born 10 October 1933) is a Chinese scientist specializing in switching technology and telecommunications network. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE). He is one of the founders of China's SPC switching system and pioneer of China's intelligent network (IN).
