Chen Xiaoxu (simplified Chinese: 陈晓旭; traditional Chinese: 陳曉旭; pinyin: Chén Xiǎoxù; October 29, 1965 – May 13, 2007), Buddhism Dharma name Miao Zhen (妙真) in the period of been a bhikkhuni, was a Chinese actress, famous for her role as Lin Daiyu in 1987 TV series Dream of the Red Chamber. And since
February 23, 2007, she became a bhikkhuni (Buddhist nun) in Baiguoxinglong Temple, Changchun (长春百国兴隆寺). She died of breast cancer on May 13, 2007.
