Chief (Kgoshi) Mamphoku Makgoba was a Northern Sotho (Basotho ba Leboa) Chief who ruled Makgobaskloof (often misspelled Makgoebaskloof) in the Soutpansberg, former Northern Transvaal (Limpopo province), Mopani district, South Africa. His tribal totem is the Tlou of BaTlou tribe.
