The pair were spotted getting cosy at the Clive Davis 40th annual pre-Grammy Awards gala on Sunday in Beverly Hills, sparking rumours of a romance. The Arrow actress hinted the pair were dating on her Instagram account on Monday morning. She wrote in the caption: ‘My Valentine got me wasted on them goooood roses last night. So hungover. Hope you had a happy V Day.’ In the photo she was smiling in front of a bouquet of flowers and wearing the same pink dress from the gala the night before. Rock, who is preparing to host the Oscars on February 28, was all smiles as he cuddled up to the actress for photos at Sunday's gala. The pair have been spotted in public before; they were photographed at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City in September.
