Claire Waldoff and Olga Von Roeder were a Lesbian Couple they lived happily together for over 40 years in Germany. They Often met other Lesbian friends in the Club, "Damenklab Pyramide" in Berlin.
The Relationship ended when Claire died on January 22, 1957. Olly (Olda) wrote that "life had no longer any meaning to me!" to their Friend Paul Marcus, "We were connected to each other too dearly after 40 years of being together and this gap can never be filled again". Olga Von Roeder died in 1963, their ashes now rest together.
