Connie Zweig, Ph.D. is a United States Jungian-oriented therapist, nondenominational minister, and bestselling author. In her most famous books, Meeting the Shadow and Romancing the Shadow, she advocates getting in touch with the “dark side” of human consciousness as a means of personal and spiritual growth. Zweig’s therapeutic method follows the Freudian and Jungian concept of an unconscious mind, in which psychological problems are attributable to factors we are not fully aware of.
