Dr Dame Constance Elizabeth D'Arcy DBE (1 June 1879 – 25 April 1950) was an Australian obstetrician and gynaecologist. She was the first woman to become Deputy Chancellor at the University of Sydney, serving from 1943 until 1946. In 1935, she was made a Dame of the Order of the British Empire (DBE).
