Constantine Choirosphaktes (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Χοιροσφάκτης) was a Byzantine diplomat and official active during the reigns of Nikephoros III Botaneiates (r. 1078–1081) and Alexios I Komnenos (r. 1081–1118).
