Darrin "Dai Dai" Sylvestor Ames, Jr. (born June 2, 2005) is an American college basketball player for the California Golden Bears of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). He played his freshman season at Kansas and sophomore season at Virginia. As a high school senior he was a 2023 Jordan Brand Classic All-American selection. He was a point guard until late in his sophomore year at Virginia when he was switched to a shooting guard.
