Dan Heflin Kuykendall (pronounced Kirk-en-dall July 9, 1924 – June 12, 2008) was an American politician and businessman who served as a United States Representative from Tennessee as a Republican. He was the first Republican to be elected in the 9th district since 1872 and the first in the 8th district since 1920.
