David Cohen (August 1, 1946 – May 14, 2021) was a Canadian immigration lawyer based in Montreal, Quebec. He served as the senior partner at Cohen Immigration Law and provided testimony on immigration matters to both the Senate and the Parliament of Canada. Cohen was an early adopter of the Internet as a tool to assist immigrants in relocating to and establishing themselves in Canada. He died of cancer at his home in Montreal on May 14, 2021.
