David Edward Satterfield III (December 2, 1920 – September 30, 1988) was a Virginia lawyer and Democratic politician who served in eight consecutive terms in U.S. Representative from Virginia's 3rd congressional district (1965 until 1981).
His father, Dave E. Satterfield, Jr., served in the House of Representatives from 1937–1945.
