(born July 21, 1977 in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada) is a lawyer and a Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, serving as Minister of Justice and Attorney General. He was elected the British Columbia New Democratic Party MLA for Vancouver-Point Grey in the 2013 provincial election defeating Premier Christy Clark by 1,063 votes.
