General David Rubakuba Muhoozi is a Ugandan Military Officer and Lawyer. He currently serves as the Chief of Defense Forces of the Uganda People's Defence Force (UPDF), the highest rank in the Ugandan military. He was appointed to that position on 9 January 2017, replacing General Edward Katumba Wamala, who was appointed State minister for works.
